about

The first hit single of the band Hot Sects was a scathing commentary on the American economy by the band’s lead singer, Phil Clinton. The song was called “(Just) Bill Clinton” in reference to himself, Phil Clinton, an unemployed tradesman who felt that the working class was under the boot of reckless billionaire capitalists. So when the song said just bill Clinton it meant BILL Clinton, not Bill Clinton, as in – send Phil Clinton the bill, not the soon-to-be presidential candidate.
